School of Communication (SCM) Dean Dr. Jerry Kliatchko and Assistant Professor Dr. Caterina Lorenzo-Molo received this year’s Academic Research Awards during the University Day celebration last August 14.
Dr. Kliatchko was accorded with the award for his article, “The Primacy of the Consumer in IMC: Espousing a Personalist View and Ethical Implications,” published in the Journal of Marketing Communications (Vol. 15 No. 2).
Dr. Lorenzo-Molo, on the other hand, was awarded for her article, “Why Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Remains a Myth: The Case of the Philippines,” printed in the Asian Business and Management (Vol. 8 No. 2).
The Academic Research Awards are given annually during the University Day celebration. They aim to recognize faculty members with outstanding researches recently published in select academic journals.
